Le Guru is You! Radio – Wisdom revisited Episode 63 – Guru Nancy S.

The wisdom of integration is the core of Guru Nancy S.’ teachings in this episode.
She illustrates the importance of recognizing the value of one’s shadow in painting the whole picture,
She illustrates her ride on the treadmill of doing, doing and more doing,
and then the freedom of saying no’ and stepping off the treadmill.

  1. Thank you Arlene(and the comments are working – Yaay!)Isn’t it amazing , so ‘simple’ ‘just be me’ to the best of my ability, know myself thoroughly, love myself unconditionally- it’s enough…..the rest takes care of itself.!

  2. As usual this “opening” in the universe came at a perfect time because I am leaving a single life and re-entering a coupling. I feel as if I have lived my life backwards and am now just starting to live. I was coupled too long to a person (mother, boyfriend, etc.).

As usual, thank you Paul for these connections to the heart of the world. I pass people everyday on my walk and I like what Nancy and you said about showing just myself and not trying to give to contribute to a person’s life, but give by just being me. That, again, is my “coupling” limitation.
